F&B Market Entry Manager 

Industry Focus: F&B, Beverage, Dessert, and Food Retail Brands

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of Singapore consumer reference and market trends.

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Preference for candidates with backgrounds in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of site selection, market expansion, or business development experience within Singapore's F&B, beverage, dessert, or food retail sectors.

• Proven track record of supporting the market entry and expansion of chain brands from zero to one, including securing and launching locations in:

  *Shopping mall

  *Food courts

  *Shophouses

  *Other retail formats

• Candidates with experience helping overseas brands establish operations in Singapore will be highly preferred.

• Strong familiarity with:

  *Singapore's urban planning and zoning regulations administered by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)

  *Food licensing and regulatory requirements administered by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA)

  *Compliance requirements affecting F&B site selection and permitted operating locations

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement site evaluation frameworks and location assessment models.

• Ability to make data-driven recommendations for store location decisions.

• Extensive network within Singapore's commercial real estate ecosystem.

• Established relationships with:

  *Major shopping mall operators

  *Commercial landlords

  *Shophouse owners

  *Real estate agencies and brokers

• Ability to gain early access to high-potential and limited-availability retail locations.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic business environment.
