About the Role

We are hiring a Fashion Retail Sales Associate for a Singapore-based, designer-led women’s fashion boutique at The Centrepoint. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find styles that suit their preferences and lifestyle. Fashion retail experience is welcome but not compulsory, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with styling, sizing, colour matching, fittings, and product enquiries

• Recommend suitable outfits and explain customization options

• Follow up with customers via WhatsApp, social media, and in-store conversations

• Support simple social media content, product demos, and occasional livestreams

• Maintain boutique cleanliness, displays, stock arrangement, and replenishment

• Support events, launches, promotions, and daily boutique operations

Requirements:

• Friendly, customer-oriented, and confident speaking with customers

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

• Able to work independently in a small team

• Interested in fashion, styling, retail, beauty, or customer service

• Comfortable appearing in photos, videos, or livestreams, or willing to learn

• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
