Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of a privateresidence, ensuring domestic staff such as chefs, nannies, and helpers executetheir duties flawlessly.
• Manage complex calendaring for family members,orchestrating domestic and international travel logistics alongside dailyappointment coordination.
• Act as the central liaison for all external contractors and service providers, successfully negotiating terms for household procurementand property maintenance.
• Spearhead the planning and execution of private familyevents, overseeing catering, guest management, and comprehensive logisticalarrangements.
• Administer all household financial and administrativeportfolios, accurately tracking budgets, expenses, and confidentialdocumentation.
• Provide dedicated chauffeuring and personal errand supportto the family, maintaining absolute discretion and professionalism at all timesto accommodate a dynamic schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline, or equivalent practical experience in premium household management.
• At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience supportingHigh-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) or managing luxury landed properties.
• Mandatory possession of a valid Class 3 driving licensewith an excellent driving track record, coupled with personal experience inchildcare to effectively engage with and oversee children aged 1 to 5.
• Possess strong Mandarin speaking capabilities tocoordinate smoothly with native Mandarin-speaking domestic staff and vendors.
• Exceptional multitasking and vendor management skills
