We are looking for a pro-active individual passionate in faculty engagement and development within a University environment.

• Basic up to $6,800 per month + AWS + PB
• Permanent role on 3-year renewal basis
• Mon - Fri, office hours

What to expect:

• Oversee end-to-end faculty recruitment and appointment processes, including outreach, onboarding, appraisal, promotion, and reappointment while ensuring compliance with institutional standards and timelines.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain high-quality academic talent.
• Lead faculty culture and engagement initiatives, including performance appraisals, recognition and award nominations, succession planning, and career development opportunities.
• Manage faculty welfare and well-being matters, including peer or student-faculty concerns, while coordinating with relevant support offices on mental health and support initiatives.
• Oversee space and infrastructure planning for faculty offices, research laboratories, and shared spaces, including supporting policy development, data analysis, and documentation.
• Manage stakeholder coordination and reporting, serving as the main point of contact for leadership, collaborating with internal departments, maintaining faculty databases, and preparing management reports and presentations.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in Faculty Affairs and People Management.
• Proactive problem-solving in areas of welfare, infrastructure, and culture.
• Ability to build a positive, supportive faculty culture that enhances the School’s reputation and impact.
