You will lead the facilities and engineering operations within a hospital environment, ensuring all systems, maintenance activities, and service deliverables meet contractual and operational standards. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical capability, and stakeholder management within a critical healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facilities and engineering deliverables, including system support and specialist equipment operations
• Lead and manage the onsite team to meet client expectations and operational requirements
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PPM) activities
• Allocate resources effectively for maintenance and repair works
• Manage minor repairs (“fix-it” works) within budget
• Coordinate with other service providers (e.g. housekeeping, portering) to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to meet KPIs and service standards
• Support energy-saving initiatives and operational improvements
• Troubleshoot engineering issues and respond to end-user requests
• Monitor and control operational costs against budget
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building or Facilities Management
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in facilities / M&E environment
