Position Title: FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
Salary - $3250 to $3800

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and restoring rooms to company standards, including making beds, vacuuming floors and dusting furniture.
• Replenishing room supplies such as toiletries, beverages and linens.
• Inspecting the rooms and reporting any damages, malfunctions or shortages to the maintenance department.
• Ensuring all room equipment and appliances are in good working order.
• Collecting and disposal of rubbish from the guest rooms.
• Maintaining records of cleaned rooms and reporting any guest-related incidences.
• Promoting excellent guest satisfaction by providing high-quality cleaning.
• Attend and deliver to hotel guest's requests
• Attend to all guest requests within the stipulated time and standard of the hotel
• Ensure proper recording of daily guest loan items list & runner job list
• Assist all assigned duties in Housekeeping
• And any adhoc duties

Job Requirement:

• Eye for detail, minimum 1 year of experience.
• Degree holder
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
