Responsibilities:

• Periodic preventive maintenance i.e breakdown maintenance to plant's equipments & facilities.

• Good housekeeping, document list of spare parts & raise requisition to replace faulty parts.

• Performs scheduled inspectionsuch as pest control process for the facilities environment is effective.

• Troubleshoots & repair electrical/mechanical issues and perform regular preventive maintenance.

• Supervises contractors to ensure landscaping, repairs & maintenance works are according to standard.

• Inspection of facilities/equipment to ensure Lock-out/tag-out applied when performing maintenance.

• Ensures contractor/vendor adhere to safety rule/policy.

• Perform administrative such as submission of incidence reports, updating of facilities records.

• Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in factory environment, able to commit OT when neccessary.
