Nanyang Institute of Management is an EduTrust registered Private Education Institution offering a variety of courses. We invite qualified and experienced individuals for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the institute.

• Ensure the operations and reliability of the Institute facilities and general infrastructures systems.

• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards

• Manage and optimize resources to maximize productivity and efficiency

• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide update to the Management

• Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders

• Oversee and review safety procedures and measure

• Handle insurance plans and service contracts

• Any other duties as and when as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations management or related field

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Familiarity with Singapore's business environment and regulations
