Description

• Routine inspection of premises and equipment
• Handle soft service vendors/ personnel such as cleaning/ security services
• Procure and maintain inventory of supplies needed
• Adherence to Safety, Health and Building regulations, including emergency responses preparation, fire drills, etc.
• Oversee procedures to ensure data security for both physical and digital data security
• Handle premise maintenance, renovations, upgrading, reconfiguration of work spaces, etc projects
• Handle facilities related budgeting and control
• Handle premise related administrative work, lease renewal, vendor relationship and selection

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree qualification
• 2-3 years of work experience in facilities/ property maintenance roles
• Understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols and safety standards (eg Fire Safety Act)
• Must possess valid driving licence
