Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities and works.
• Manage and coordinate with key stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Handle procurement processes works and general maintenance services.
• Supervise on-site works, including projects, repairs, and routine maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular indoor and outdoor site inspections to ensure compliance and operational standards.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and workplace productivity.

Specific Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in facilities or maintenance roles.
• Possess a valid Class 3A driving licence (compulsory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
