• Oversee the maintenance of building structures, both inside and outside.
• Carry out repairs and upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and other building components.
• Coordinate with vendors for inspection, servicing, and certification of lifts, cranes, and related equipment.
• Manage and supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality work.
• Ensure proper care and general maintenance of the premises and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance.
• Practical, hands-on skills in building repair and maintenance work.
• Basic understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
