As an Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on PLC and facility control systems.

• Continuously monitor system performance to ensure maximum operational uptime.

• Diagnose system abnormalities quickly and provide effective technical solutions for facility equipment and automation systems.

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects for facility upgrades and automation improvements.

• Supervise external contractors and vendors while strictly enforcing workplace safety standards.

• Initiate and drive process improvement projects to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Electrical, Control Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in facility equipment maintenance and control systems.

• Strong practical knowledge of Siemens & Mitsubishi PLCs (Rockwell/Fanuc accepted), ELV systems (e.g., fire alarm, public address), and field instrumentation troubleshooting..
