Job Description

Our client is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Facilities Coordinator (Soft Services) to join them.

  • Coordinate and oversee daily soft services operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment.

  • Manage and coordinate events, cleaning and housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, sustainability and recycling initiatives, lost and found services, and office support services.

  • Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with SLAs, safety requirements, preventive maintenance schedules, and operational standards.

  • Monitor and coordinate Building Management System (BMS), occupancy sensors, lighting control systems, and other building support systems to ensure operational reliability and user comfort.

  • Administer PTW processes, tenant portal submissions, annual power shutdown activities, and facility access requirements in compliance with safety procedures.

  • Plan and coordinate daily manpower deployment, staff coverage, and operational support to maintain service continuity and contractual requirements.

  • Monitor service performance, conduct inspections, identify operational gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

  • Prepare meeting minutes, operational reports, quotations, contract renewals, records, and other administrative documentation to support facilities operations.

  • Liaise with tenants, stakeholders, internal departments, vendors, and contractors, providing timely updates and effective communication to ensure smooth operational delivery

  • Solution focus & quick decision making

  • Customer centric mindset (End user experience focus) 

  • Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Point, CMMS (Facility Bot) Visitor Management System (Condeco)

Additional Information

  • 5.5 days work week

  • Central Region

  • Work hours weekly rotation , 8am - 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9am - 6pm
