• To develop and draw Façade shop drawing, concept drawing, and fabrication drawing and get the client’s approval
• Place emphasis on functionality, quality & cost efficiency, and increase in-house capabilities with continuous improvement as an effective solution provider
• Design Coordination with internal teams
• Collaborate with Architects, consultants, and clients for design issues
• Report to the Design Manager

Requirement:

• Have experience in local Facade Construction, Familiar with Curtain Wall Systems, including unitized and stick type
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in BIM is preferred
• Able to perform tasks under pressure and totally committed to following through with the tasks given within tight schedules
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
