1. Job Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension and lash lift treatments with high technical standards
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable designs
• Provide careful, hygienic, and professional services
• Build long-term relationships with clients through high-quality service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area

2. Professional Background

• Minimum  5 years of experience as a professional eyelash artist
• Solid experience in classic and volume lash techniques
• Able to work independently and manage treatments without supervision
• Japanese proficiency equivalent to N-1 level, as many of our clients are Japanese
• Experience working with Japanese customers is highly preferred
