Hiring: Export Shipping Executive

Location: Singapore (Near MRT)
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5-Day Work Week)
Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Prepare export shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (CO), and other related documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
Arrange bookings for sea and air freight shipments.
Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers.
Ensure export documentation is complete and complies with customs and shipping requirements.
Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the Operations and Sales teams when required.

Requirements

Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in export shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding is preferred.
Fresh graduates or candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of export shipping procedures and documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Mandarin speaking is preferred as the role requires communication with Chinese suppliers and business partners.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
