Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive customer service for air export shipments

• Ensure timely booking updates, flight details, and shipment status communication to customers

• Check export documents and ensure compliance with airline and customs requirements

• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, Planning, and Sales)

• Ensure accurate application of airfreight rates and proper shipment handling according to SOP

• Prepare monthly customer reports and support day-to-day export operations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma

• At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics (air export preferred)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Other Information

Location: Changi
Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:30pm, Sat 9:00am–1:00pm
