Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Experience & Interface Designe

You will work in Singapore Government Agencies

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year.

What will you do?

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process maps (as-is and to-be) from stakeholders
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business processes and requirements
• Facilitate change management and adoption support
• Translate business requirements into well-structured user stories following Agile best practice
• Convey requirements to developers for designing and developing new systems
• Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for applications and digital platforms.
• Develop low to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualise and test design concepts.
• Ensure designs adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices.
• Implement accessibility best practices to accommodate users with disabilities.
• Conduct or participate in usability testing to gather feedback on design effectiveness
• Ensure designs adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices.

What are we looking for?

• Experience working as an experience designer, product designer or in related roles.
• Experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Experience in AI & automation enablement/exploration
• Must be proficient and highly skilled with design and prototyping tools, such as: Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable working with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners to deliver services and experiences.
• Strong knowledge in product design processes and emerging technologies
