We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and forward-thinking individual to join us as Executive Student Ambassador in James Cook University, Singapore. The successful incumbent will be the primary point of contact for a group of assigned students, guiding and supporting them throughout their academic journey to ensure a seamless and enriching experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To guide and assist a group of students and be the designated point of contact for them in all aspects of their studies and other related areas in JCU Singapore both administrative and non-administrative matters.
• Work closely with internal departments (Eg: Finance , Purchasing, Learning Centre, Admissions etc) that have an impact on the students life during his/her course of studies.
• Ensure short turnaround time on required coordination for seamless delivery.
• Liaise with external agencies as required.
• Receive and process student payments.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCES

• A basic degree or diploma with at least two (2) years sales & customer services related working experience.
• Proven sales / customer services track record
• Good organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines
• High level of accuracy / eye for details
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and work productively as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and work in a changing environment and maintain a positive and professional approach to work
