What You’ll Do:

• Forge strong connections with clients, diving deep into their hiring visions and organizational aspirations.
• Conduct thorough research on client companies, their competitors, and the market landscape.
• Craft and execute innovative strategies tailored to client needs.
• Define precise job roles and specifications to attract the right talent.
• Scout and engage potential candidates, managing the entire selection process from screening to interviews.
• Profile candidates to ensure a perfect fit for the client’s culture and values.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to stay ahead of the curve.

Your Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, or over 5 years in Sales and Business Development.
• A degree in HRM, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology/Sociology, or a related field.
• Bonus points if you have CEI certification.
