Job Responsibilities :

• Sub-Contract administration (processing monthly progress claims, variation orders, backcharges and final accounts)
• Procurement (calling quotations, preparation of evaluation form) and arrange meetings with subcontractors
• Quantity take-off using relevant software
• Prepare budget and cashflow forecast
• Attend to sub-contractors dispute and correspondence

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or other related field
• Minimum 6 years of local experience in civil and building projects
• A good team player with good initiative and positive work attitude
• Experienced in LTA projects and MRT projects
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Knowledge in 5D BIM is an added credential
