We are seeking a passionate and skilled Executive, Philanthropy & Partnerships to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in advancing Caritas Singapore's resource development efforts, driving philanthropic fundraising initiatives and executing impactful events that engage donors and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Donor Management & Engagement
Manage day-to-day fundraising processes:
Manage Caritas Singapore’s online donation platform on its website
Manage Caritas Singapore’s fundraising presence on fundraising platforms e.g. giving.sg, Benevity
Works closely with Finance team on donation process and related issues e.g. GIRO rejections, receipts request, Giving.sg, Benevity, invalid cheques, etc
Issue e-receipts and mail out physical receipts to donors with the support of IT team in a timely manner
Manage and answer donors’ queries
Manage and maintain donor information, transactions in Donor Management System (DMS) an accurate and timely manner for tracking and reporting.
Ensure positive experience for donors
Build relationships with existing donors so as to maintain donor loyalty and conversion.
Fundraising projects
Manage fundraising initiatives such as Charities week, Charity Dinner etc. to meet fundraising.
Any other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
· A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Event Management or a related field is preferred.
· Proven experience in planning and executing fundraising events, with experience in donor cultivation and relationship building, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
· Strong organisational and project management skills.
· Experience with budget management for events and campaigns.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Some familiarity with donor management and CRM systems.
· Ability to analyse and report on event and fundraising performance.
· Passion for philanthropy and the Caritas mission.
