Job Summary
Manage daily site operations to ensure service quality and compliance. Coordinate with supervisors and clients, support workforce planning, prepare reports, and conduct staff training to maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across assigned sites to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to contractual standards
- Coordinate with site supervisors and clients to maintain service standards, resolve operational issues, and support day-to-day site requirements
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, deployment, scheduling, and workforce allocation to meet operational and contractual needs
- Prepare, review, and submit operational reports, documentation, and compliance records accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements; assist in implementing new operational procedures and process improvements
- Handle client enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure timely resolution and follow-up on corrective actions
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) and coaching for new and existing staff to ensure competency and consistent service delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Building, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 1-2 years' relevant experience in operations, facilities, or workforce management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and scheduling
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
