Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to address staffing needs for new openings, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and develop effective selection criteria.
• Utilize diverse recruitment channels, such as job portals, career fairs, social media, and educational partners, to attract high-quality candidates.
• Track recruitment progress and identify potential challenges to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding for departing employees with HR Shared Services.
• Work with vendors to ensure uniform orders for new employees and submit funding claims in compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain vaccination records accurately in relevant systems for audit readiness.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and operational processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience in larger organizations or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of initiative.
