Job Summary
We are seeking a polished, service-oriented individual to represent our brand and deliver customer experiences aligned with luxury retail standards. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a vibrant showroom environment and are comfortable working weekends.
Job Descriptions
As the first point of contact at Lamitak Studio, you will:
Welcome and engage walk-in customers, designers, architects, and corporate clients
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
Manage showroom appointments and visitor registrations
Conduct basic product introductions and showroom walkthroughs
Maintain showroom presentation, ambience, and display readiness
Handle enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Coordinate closely with Sales team on customer follow-ups
Track visitor data and prepare engagement reports
Support branding events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives
Job Requirements
2–3 years of experience in customer service, luxury retail, hospitality, or showroom environment
Ex-cabin crew or candidates with luxury retail/showroom experience are strongly encouraged to apply
Mature candidates with strong grooming standards and excellent customer relations skills are welcome
Able to communicate effectively to both English and Mandarin speaking customers
Well-groomed, confident, and professional in presentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Service-driven with strong attention to detail
Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working weekends and public holidays as part of scheduled shift rotation
This role may require standing for extended periods at the showroom
Experience in interior design, building materials, or related industries will be an advantage
Work Schedule
5 day work week (Shift based on 44 hours per week)
Required to work on both Saturday and Sunday, with generally one Saturday and one Sunday off per month.
