Job Description:

To mend the front desk and attend to donors. To ensure that the foyer, pantry, coffee and snack stations is well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, donors and clients

• Attend to donors who are making donations

• Attend to/welcome donors and cancer patients/caregivers seeking support at the Serenity Centre.

• Prepare daily cash handover

• Submit cash handover to HQ bi-weekly

• Attend to phone call queries that comes through Serenity mainline

• Maintain foyer, pantry, coffee and snack station.

• Ensure supplies for pantry and restroom are replenished

• Adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements and attributes:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant demeanour and a people person

• Meticulous and detail oriented

• Tech savvy

• At least a diploma in any field

• At least 2 years working experience
