Job Summary

Support the CEO in driving regional online growth by managing key e-commerce marketplaces and coordinating cross-border brand expansion across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace strategies for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify to drive regional online sales growth
• Plan and manage product launches to maximize market penetration and brand visibility across APAC
• Lead brand expansion initiatives by coordinating with distributors and suppliers to increase market share
• Manage APAC distributor relationships to ensure alignment with regional growth objectives
• Design and implement campaign plans to boost sales and customer engagement
• Coordinate live commerce events to enhance brand presence and drive real-time sales
• Analyze beauty industry trends to inform product and marketing strategies
• Create and maintain sales dashboards to monitor performance and inform decision-making
• Collaborate with China-based suppliers to ensure timely product availability and quality standards
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to diverse APAC markets
• Formulate pricing strategies to optimize competitiveness and profitability
• Optimize AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency and sales outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, FMCG, beauty, or consumer electronics sectors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with Chinese brands to support regional expansion
• Knowledge of APAC distribution networks and market dynamics
• Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate supplier and distributor communications
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce operations
