Job Summary

You will serve as the CEO’s strategic right hand, driving investment analysis, market research, and business expansion initiatives to support regional growth and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investment analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and risks for business growth
• Perform due diligence to assess financial, operational, and strategic aspects of target companies
• Execute market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities by analyzing targets and preparing relevant documentation
• Develop financial models to forecast business performance and support decision-making
• Prepare investor presentations to communicate business value and growth strategies effectively
• Lead fundraising efforts by engaging with investors and managing capital raising processes
• Conduct valuation analysis to determine fair value of companies and assets
• Evaluate potential partnerships to support strategic alliances and business expansion
• Draft briefing papers for the CEO to inform strategic decisions and stakeholder communications
• Contribute to strategic planning by identifying priorities and aligning initiatives with company goals
• Drive regional execution of strategic initiatives to ensure consistent implementation across markets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completion of CFA Level 1 or higher
• Proficiency in financial modelling techniques
