• Position : Executive Assistant
• Location : Loyang
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate projects across business units and initiatives.
• Liaise with HODs to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects.
• Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and office operations.
• Prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting minutes (local & regional).
• Support stakeholder coordination (shareholders, clients, suppliers, authorities).
• Handle confidential matters and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualifications in any field
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience in corporate governance preferred.
• Proactive, independent, and willing to travel when required.
