Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and administrative matters for medical staff
• Coordinate and track medical reports and documentation
• Support rostering, claims, and departmental administration
• Assist in audits, reporting, and data tracking
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Manage department intranet and internal communications
• Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
