Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven marketing professional to join our team in driving integrated marketing campaigns, digital communications, and in-mall activations.

This role is responsible for conceptualising and executing mall-wide promotions and festive campaigns to increase shopper traffic and tenant sales, while strengthening the mall’s positioning as a premier lifestyle destination. You will manage digital platforms and social media, coordinate media and creative production, and support the marketing and management of advertising and event spaces to optimise utilisation and revenue.

The role requires close collaboration with tenants, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns across both physical and digital touchpoints. You will also support loyalty and e-voucher initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and provide insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Communications & Social Media

  • Drive the mall’s digital presence, develop and manage content across mall’s digital platforms (website, social media, eDMs, eNewsletter, etc.)
  • Work with external agencies to manage and grow the mall’s social media presence (IG, FB, XHS, etc.) by creating interactive content, monitoring conversations, and engaging followers.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage digital signage and in-mall screens enquiries, bookings and content scheduling where required.

Advertising & Media Coordination

  • Coordinate media plans (print, OOH, digital, broadcast) to maximise visibility and reach.
  • Manage production timelines for marketing collaterals, advertisements, and creative assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on ROI and shopper engagement.

Advertising & Event Spaces Management

  • Support the marketing and promotion of the mall’s advertising assets (e.g. banners, stickers, digital directories, etc.) and event spaces to tenants, brands, and external partners.
  • Coordinate bookings, scheduling, marketing materials and setup requirements for advertising and event spaces and ensure compliance with mall guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Events & Activations

  • Coordinate with tenants and vendors on stores’ events, setup, and execution while ensuring brand alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Campaigns & Promotions (In-Mall Marketing)

  • Coordinate campaign mechanics, redemption processes, and marketing materials.

Loyalty Programme & Voucher Management

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of the mall’s loyalty and e-voucher programmes.

Tenant & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Support tenants in marketing-related enquiries, promotions, and campaign participation.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Manage relevant administrative work in relation to campaigns, advertising and event spaces.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Executive: 2–3 years of experience in advertising, promotions, marketing or digital communications, preferably in retail, malls, or consumer lifestyle industries.
  • Senior Executive: 3–5 years of experience in advertising, promotions, marketing or digital communications, preferably in retail, malls, or consumer lifestyle industries.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital communications, social media platforms, digital marketing and analytics tools. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising will be a plus.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development capabilities.
  • Proactive, creative, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
