SCOPE OF WORK

Outreach

·      Assistthe Student Development Manager with planning and executing outreach events, includingrecruiting and coordinating student ambassadors, securing venues, preparinglogistics and collaterals, producing presentation slides, administeringfeedback surveys, and compiling survey reports.

 Finance/Procurements

• Assist with procurement processes by sourcing quotations and liaising with vendors.
• Assist with reconciling SAP reports.

 Admissions

• Coordinate admissions interviews between applicants and faculty members, ensuring smooths cheduling and communication.
• Maintain and update databases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support Admissions events, assisting with logistics and event day execution.

 Alumni

• Maintainand update the alumni database periodically.
• Assist with organising alumni communications and events.

Special Projects

• Symposium– provide administrative support by coordinating meetings and handling general administrative tasks.
• Anniversary– liaise with student organisers and assist with the facilitation of eventplanning and preparations.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Diploma with 1-2 years of experience; or
• A fresh degree holder is welcome to apply
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work as a team player and liaise with internal and external parties
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (e.g., entering data, using basic formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT)
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Good written and spoken English
• Enjoys meeting and interacting with people
