Job Description

• Monitor system and network feeds from the operations command centre.
• Identify and track incidents affecting digital and communication services.
• Support incident response activities and follow established procedures.
• Conduct regular scans of regional and global developments affecting digital infrastructure.
• Assist in gathering information and supporting incident investigations.
• Maintain accurate records and updates on operational incidents.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or its relevant discipline.
