Job Description
Our client, a Well-established firm is seeking to recruit a Events Specialist for their organisation.
Location: Central Singapore
Job Summary: Provide event logistic and admin support; assist in the planning and execution of events. (Events include Corporate Events, Conferences, Product Launches, Award Ceremonies and etc.)
Responsibilities:
- To provide end to end support to Events, including but not limited to planning and execution
- Source for third party vendors, ensuring that the deliverables are well met
- Manage registration to create a streamlined experience for guests
- To manage F&B aspect and ensuring that setup is done proper
- Oversee and coordinate the event collateral design and production
- Accountable for the Digital event setup
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Events Management or Business Management/Marketing or related studies
- At least 1 to 2 years of related experience in Conferences or related corporate events is essential due to job requirements
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and work well as a team-player
