Salary Range: $2500 - $3000

Commission scheme applicable (After probation) 

5-day work week (Flexible to work on weekends when required) 

14 Days leave 

Requirements:

• Singaporean / PR Status 
• No experience required (Training provided) 
• Confident and possesses good interpersonal skills 
• Carries a positive attitude 
• Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently 
• Driven and passionate about improvement and growth 
• Team player 
• Able to handle fast paced moving environment

Daily Job Scopes: 

• Provide daily support on administrative functions such as paper filing, answering call and email enquiries.
• Ensure the proper documentation and execution of all catering and event sales. 
• Responsible for day to day co-ordination of the banquet and meeting space to ensure maximum revenue and profitability for the company. 
• Responsible with coordinating with external vendors for necessary services to execute events. 
• Pro-actively generate revenue and establish new sales opportunities through prospecting and organise sales visit To assist with site visits as and when required 
• Follow up with respective clients before and after each function/corporate meeting so as to obtain feedback and ensure repeat business
