Job Opening: Events Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, managing, and executing all operational aspects of events.
• Collaborate with both external and internal vendors to meet the requirements of each event, including sourcing event spaces and managing logistics.
• Oversee the management of all on-site ground operations and daily activities, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Maintain and manage client relationships before, during, and after events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the successful execution of event programs.

Requirements:

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Diploma or higher education level.
• Relevant experience or academic background in event operations.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team player.
• Independent and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Perform well under stress and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime during the lead-up to events.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
