DreamUs is seeking a creative and experienced events professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, leading, and executing engaging events across all our business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative event concepts with clear program objectives for signature events, party programs, school programs, in-house classes/camps, stage activities, and external events.
• Lead, coordinate, and execute all event phases, ensuring a seamless experience with support from the operations team.
• Manage event logistics, including budgeting, inventory procurement, set-up, and tear-down.
• Develop and maintain detailed event budgets, adhering to cost-effectiveness and profitability goals.
• Foster a structured and consistent environment throughout the event execution process.
• Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-event evaluations, analyzing outcomes and taking initiative to implement improvement plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in events management or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing external vendors, project management, and general administrative tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate event concepts and proposals.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a resourceful problem-solver with a strong work ethic.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational skills.
