Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and organized Project Executive to support and execute various projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high-quality standards. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Leads to clarify clients’ objectives, requirements, and preferences for each project
• Contribute to developing creative concepts and proposals aligned with client briefs and budget limits
• Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, and operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Source and manage external vendors and suppliers by negotiating contracts and monitoring deliverables
• Assist Project Leads in managing event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and transportation
• Manage on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and promptly resolve any issues
• Prepare post-event reports under Project Leads’ guidance to evaluate project success and recommend improvements

Required competencies and certifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, teams, and vendors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to proactively address challenges and deliver innovative solutions
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional client experiences
• Nitec certification or higher; fresh graduates are welcome
