The purpose of this role:

Reporting to the Marketing and CommunicationsManager; this individual develops and executes events and client experience strategies for teh compnay in the Southeast Asia region, in close collaboration with retail partners.

Main Duties:

Brand Marketing

• To uphold and ensure consistency and alignment of the company's brand positioning and marketing approach across all retailer network
• Strong cross department collaboration to ensure all activities are aligned

Events & Client Experience

• To develop and implement regional events in close collaboration with retail partners, with a focus on in-store experiences and exclusive client presentations.
• To plan and execute the yearly events calendar and develop concepts according to brand guidelines.
• Support the execution of PR, Institutional & boutique opening events.
• Provide visual merchandising support for in-store events.
• Lead initiatives in the regional boutiques that would drive optimal customer journey.
• To work with retail partners to enhance in-store client experiences.
• Build and execute a regional unique client treatment approach, work closely with retail partners CRM team to develop an optimal client gifting and overall client development.
• Inventory and invoice management, distribution of gifts and publication across retailer network.
• Monitor luxury market trends on event and client experiences, competitor activities.
• Preparation of post event report.
• Social Media support for boutiques.
• Manage administrative tasks associated with logistics for marketing and visual merchandising assets.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the luxury retail industry
• Knowledge and experience in CRM and Events
• Creative, detail oriented, open to contributing new ideas and propose improvements
• Strong communication, language and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn, highly motivated and deliver qualitative work
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
