About AMACHA

AMACHA is a modern tea brand inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), making herbal wellness approachable through handcrafted beverages, desserts and experiences.

Beyond our retail stores, we also bring AMACHA to life through corporate wellness programmes, weddings, product launches, private celebrations and live event stations. As demand continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team.

What You'll Do

You will manage the full journey of our corporate and private events, from the first customer enquiry to successful event execution.

Corporate Sales & Client Management

• Respond to event enquiries via email, WhatsApp and social media
• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable event packages
• Prepare quotations, proposals and invoices
• Follow up with clients and close event bookings
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners and event agencies
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals

Event Planning & Coordination

• Prepare event orders and operational briefs
• Coordinate with stores on ingredient and inventory preparation
• Arrange event manpower and scheduling
• Plan transportation and logistics for equipment and supplies
• Liaise with clients to ensure all event requirements are fulfilled

Event Operations

• Lead event setup and teardown
• Manage on-site event operations and service quality
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to AMACHA standards
• Troubleshoot operational issues during events
• Represent the AMACHA brand professionally at all times

Post-Event Follow-up

• Follow up with clients after each event
• Collect feedback and testimonials
• Maintain customer relationships for future opportunities
• Work with the marketing team to showcase successful events through photos and videos

Continuous Improvement

• Improve event workflows and SOPs
• Track event inventory and equipment
• Recommend ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Support new event concepts and business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Events, Marketing or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, catering or corporate sales is preferred (Fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply)
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects
• Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve productivity and communication
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and partners
• Willing to work weekends or public holidays when events are scheduled
• Possesses a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage, but not required
