Position Title: Event Sales Executive (Hybrid Working Arrangement)
Working Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Sales Incentives + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for events, including exhibitions, conferences, and corporate functions
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored event solutions.
Develop and present compelling event proposals and quotations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event planning and execution according to client specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Provide excellent service before, during, and after events to ensure high client satisfaction and foster repeat business

Diploma in Event Management, Business Studies, or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in Events, preferably with sales experience
