Job Description:

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objective.
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Assisting with the team of daily operational activities.
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
• Assist in planning and organizing conferences, events, training, and others activities.
• Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.

Requirements:

• Prefer Diploma or Degree in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred.
• Prefer minimum 1 years of experience in event. Non experience is welcome too, training provided.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Preferable with Class 3A driving license.
