Are you a proactive, highly organised event coordinator with a passion for luxury hospitality and flawless execution?

GastroGig is looking for an energetic Event Executive / Lead to serve as our operational "Event Anchor"—bridging client visions with high-end, differentiated gastronomic experiences.

WhatYou’ll Do

●     Client & Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary operational touch point for clients, translating visions into master event run sheets and coordinating with luxury venues, florists, and AV partners.

●     On-Site Operations: Direct physical setups, manage floor dynamics, and ensure culinary and service teams operate in total harmony.

●     Quality & Safety Assurance: Oversee live event pacing, resolve real-time operational bottlenecks, and maintain strict hygiene/safety standards.

●     Casual Team Leadership: Lead, brief, and motivate contingent event staff to deliver exceptional hospitality standards on-site.

MinimumCriteria

●     🎓 Qualification:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or equivalent preferred.

●     💼 Experience: 0–2 years of experience in events, corporate functions, F&B operations, or luxury hospitality (Fresh graduates eager to learn are welcome!).

●     🗣️ Skills: Strong conversational, negotiation, and rapport-building skills with a high degree of collaborative spirit.

●     💻 Tech Savvy:Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

●     ⚡ Adaptability &Fitness: High learning agility, physically fit, and fully flexible to work dynamic shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

●     🇸🇬 Eligibility: Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
