What You’ll Be Doing

As an Event Coordinator Intern, you’ll work closely with our Event Managers, gaining real hands-on experience across every stage of event planning and execution. You’ll receive in-house training, have a dedicated mentor, and contribute to a wide range of projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

🔹 Pre-Event Planning
• Managing RSVP lists and pre-registration
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
• Preparing logistics and materials

🔹 On-Site Event Support
• Handling registration, ushering, and guest flow
• Supporting logistics, emcees, and stage management
• Assisting with performances and programme segments

🔹 Post-Event Wrap-Up
• Event teardown and material return
• Inventory checks and stock-taking

🔹 Pitch & Concept Development
• Researching and sourcing ideal suppliers
• Brainstorming ideas with the creative team

🔹 Ad-Hoc Duties
• Supporting the team in any miscellaneous tasks — because we all roll up our sleeves here!
