• Event Assistant – Route and Transport

Roles & Responsibilities:

Route & Transport

• Manage all aspects of route management, including stakeholder management, traffic management, transport and logistics movement

• Manage event execution and related administrative, including event logistics procurements and crew/volunteers deployment

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders/vendors to ensure smooth set-up of Event and meet event requirements

• Handle all stakeholder enquiries, feedback and possibly execute service recovery related to route management

• Perform ad hoc duties when assigned
