Job Summary

We are seeking an EUC Platform Engineer to deploy, manage, and maintain enterprise end-user computing infrastructure. You will remotely optimize enduser desktops and virtual desktop environments, participate in projects and new deployments, and ensure compliance with performance, security, and continuity standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EUC infrastructures comply with availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity standards by implementing and monitoring relevant controls
• Manage daily delivery and support of EUC infrastructure services to maintain operational stability
• Facilitate our Service Desk around the world with the tools they need to support our endusers globally
• Monitor EUC infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex virtualization and VDI environment issues to minimize downtime
• Evaluate and recommend new tools or solutions to improve EUC infrastructure performance and functionality
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage and deliver EUC infrastructure projects within timelines and budgets
• Participate in design, development, implementation, and integration of EUC environments as part of the global EUC platform engineering team

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing enterprise-level EUC infrastructure
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in InTune, EntraID, M365, and related technologies
• Current certification in Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-140, MD-102) is a plus
• Strong technical knowledge of EUC technologies, including infrastructure security and mobile device management
• Experience with packaging and maintaining applications through InTune
• Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, end users, and external vendors
• Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users
• Adaptable and open to learning new knowledge and taking thoughtful risks
