Job Summary

We are seeking a client-focused Estate Planner to deliver comprehensive estate planning services, including wills, trusts, business succession, and legacy funding, while engaging clients through seminars and personalized consultations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and draft Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) documents to ensure clients’ estate wishes are legally documented and executable
• Conduct corporate and public seminars to educate clients and stakeholders on estate planning strategies and legal considerations
• Create and manage Family Office structures and Trusts to protect and grow client assets effectively
• Develop and implement business succession plans to secure continuity and legacy for client enterprises
• Advise clients on legacy funding options to support philanthropic goals and long-term wealth transfer
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored estate planning solutions to resolve their issues in their Will and LPA
