A1 main contractor, delivering large-scale building projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. We are seeking a committed ESH Officer to support site safety operations and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of site Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and guidelines from the Ministry of Manpower Singapore (MOM) and Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC)
• Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions
• Support the preparation and review of Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental controls
• Assist in incident/accident investigations, including reporting and documentation
• Maintain proper records of safety inspections, permits, and statutory documents
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions for workers
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on ESH matters
• Support emergency response planning and drills at site level

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related discipline
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator (WSHC) or Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in building projects
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and site safety practices
