The opportunity

Looking to hire experienced EPM professionals in Technology Consulting service line at EY. We need people who have experience in financial consolidation and reporting. Candidates with experience in OneStream will be preferred. Highly motivated, result-oriented consultant, comfortable in managing complex projects and stakeholders. The candidate should have very good communication skills with a strong sense of dedication and commitment, able to fully grasp the complexity of projects.

Your key responsibilities

· Understand business needs in planning, budgeting, consolidation, etc., and translate them into automation plans using EPM tools like OneStream.

· Work with technical teams to integrate systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across platforms for seamless financial reporting and analysis.

· Well-versed in financial reporting standards and regulations. Ensure that EPM processes adhere to these standards, enabling accurate and compliant financial reporting.

· Collaborate with technical teams to integrate systems with other financial systems and databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms, enabling seamless financial reporting and analysis.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) within EPM systems. Design dashboards and reports to track KPIs and monitor organizational performance against strategic objectives.

· Oversee the financial consolidation process within EPM systems for multi-entity organizations. Ensure accurate consolidation of financial data, elimination of intercompany transactions, and compliance with accounting standards.

· Design, build, manage and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various undergoing projects and system implementation.

To qualify for the role, you must have

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or computer science.

· Min 10 Years of Experience working in Financial Consolidation and Reporting.

· Prior experience with OneStream and EPM tools like SAP BPC, Hyperion, SAC, and Anaplan
