Position Overview

The Payroll Associate will support the payroll team in managing the accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, and statutory contributions for contractors placed through the agency. This role requires strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to liaise with internal consultants to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for contractors (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on client contracts).
• Verify and input contractor timesheets, overtime claims, and expense reimbursements.
• Calculate salaries, allowances, CPF, SDL, levies, and other statutory contributions accurately.
• Prepare and issue contractor payslips within agreed timelines.
• Handle contractor queries related to payroll, CPF, taxes, and deductions.
• Reconcile payroll reports and support finance with invoicing to clients.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF guidelines, and agency contractual agreements.
• Maintain accurate contractor payroll records and databases.
• Support payroll audits and year-end tax reporting (IR8A, IR21, etc. for Singapore context).
• Assist in ad-hoc projects such as payroll system migration or process improvements.
